Modernize HR processes and increase employee engagement with features that sync with benefits like time-off tracking, company directories, and a paid time off (PTO) calendar. The cost is $1 PEPM for brokers to enable and $2 PEPM for employers.

Measure.

Measure and track variable hour employees year round, ensure coverage offered meets the minimum guidelines for affordability, send required notifications, and generate signature-ready IRS 1094 B/C and 1095 B/C forms. The cost is $6 per employee per form per year for Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance.

Integrate.

Integrate with top-tier payroll providers like ADP Workforce Now, Heartland, Paycor, Paylocity, and RUN Powered by ADP, so deduction and demographic information are automatically synced. Costs and setup fees (if applicable) are partner-specific, but typically range from $0 to $1.50 PEPM.
